I'm the founder and CEO of AK Consulting Group - a consulting firm built on one belief: that bold strategy and deep cultural understanding aren't mutually exclusive. They're the combination that actually moves people forward.

My background spans Indian Country, energy, home improvement, and small business - not from the sidelines, but from inside the work. I know what it takes to lead in complex environments, build pipelines from nothing, and develop organizations that are built to last.

I founded AKCG in 2024 to fill a gap I kept seeing - communities, tribes, and businesses with real potential and real vision, underserved by consultants who didn't speak their language. I do.

Today we work across three core areas: leadership development, tribal capacity support, and business optimization - with expanding work in energy, strategic partnerships, and digital training. Every engagement is built on trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to long-term results.
