Hailing from Lac du Flambeau, a small Native American reservation in Northern Wisconsin, I was raised in a community where tradition, respect, and connection to the land are deeply rooted in everyday life. That cultural foundation instilled in me a strong sense of purpose, resilience, and responsibility—values that continue to guide every aspect of my personal and professional journey.

With over a decade of experience in the home improvement industry, I’ve built and led large-scale face-to-face marketing and sales teams across the country for some of the nation’s most recognized brands. My work has spanned in door-to-door campaigns, event marketing, and retail partnerships in stores like Costco, Sam’s Club, and Walmart. I’ve marketed and sold a wide range of residential solutions including windows, doors, roofs, decks, kitchens, tubs and showers, siding, landscaping services, sunrooms, and on/off grid solar and battery back up systems.

Recently, I’ve expanded into leading initiatives in the industrial energy and water sectors, overseeing complex projects that encompass a broad range of advanced technologies and services.

Throughout all of this, my focus has remained consistent: developing people, building systems that scale, and driving sustainable growth. I specialize in leadership development, training and program design, department alignment, and creating cultures where inclusiveness and high performance go hand in hand.
